Terms of Service:
Graft Online With Danielle is for people who want to exercise online via recorded classes. These terms contain all of the terms and conditions between Graft Online With Danielle and You regarding your use of the service. Use of our services/website indicates your agreement of these terms. If You object to anything in this agreement, including the Privacy Policy, do not use our website or the services provided.
USER SERVICES
If You chose to sign up to our services, then You become a user of Graft Online With Danielle for the duration of Your membership with us. This agreement together with the terms of your registration agreement, will govern Your relationship with us and your use of our services during the duration of your membership.
CHANGES TO TERMS
These terms, including the Privacy Policy, are subject to change by Graft Online With Danielle at any time. We will notify You about any significant changes by sending a notice to the email address registered in Your account, or by placing a prominent notice on our website, so that You can continue to chose whether to continue using our services. Significant changes will go into effect no less that 30 days after we notify You. Any use of the site or the services by You after the effective date of any changes will constitute Your acceptance of such changes. In addition by accessing the website or becoming a user (if applicable), You consent to have this agreement provided to You in electronic form.

RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing into Your Graft Online With Danielle account and choosing the 'Billing' option. If You cancel Your subscription before the end of the billing period, You will have access to the service until the end of the billing period and we will not refund the remaining time. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time before that date.
PRICING CHANGES
We may change the subscription prices at our discretion. If we change the prices, we will try to inform You before the changes are made so You can modify or cancel Your subscription. Graft Online With Danielle is not responsible for any losses that may incur if You fail to change Your subscription after we have informed You about such pricing changes.
REFUNDS
Any purchases made are final and are not refundable. However, if You feel that the service provided has not been as described, please send us an email at danielle@dofitnesspt.co.uk

Our services may include certain services that are available via a mobile device, including the ability to browse the service and the website from a mobile device. Before joining any of the classes on Graft Online With Danielle make sure to consult your doctor/physician to determine if such classes are right for You. Do not start the exercise programe through the service if Your physician advises You not to attend such classes. Your use of the Service and attending our recorded classes is at Your sole discretion and risk. Always stop the exercise immediately if You at any time during the exercise, experience faintness, pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. As a subscriber to Graft Online With Danielle and it's services You understand that Graft Online With Danielle and it's teachers accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in it's services.
