This fitness assessment will help you to monitor your progress throughout your GRAFT journey. Complete the assessment video before you start any workouts. This is your starting fitness level. After a couple of weeks or a month, complete the assessment again and see if you have performed better than before. If youve've improved, amazing, well done!
The assessment is made up of 4 sections that each last one minute; squats, pressups, plank and burpees.
